  • Will I have to pay for the return shipping if I decide to return my item?
    • Yes. Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for all processing fees and shipping costs back to our warehouse.
 
  • What happens if I refused delivery of my item?
    • No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. If an item is received without proper authorization it may be refused or incur a 15% restocking fee. Only items damaged in transit may be refused at the time of delivery.
 
  • How much will return shipping cost?
    • The return shipping cost varies depending on the size and weight of the item being returned. We suggest that you obtain a shipping quote by contacting your local UPS, FedEx, or USPS facility. 
 
  • How do I return an item?
    • To return an item, you must first request a return authorization number. You may begin the return process by contacting our office by phone, email, mail.
 
  • What is your return policy?
    • We have a 15 day return policy on all of our items. Your return policy begins the day your merchandise is delivered. Return shipping cost(s) are the responsibility of the customer; please contact us for a return authorization number.
 
  • How will my item ship?
    • Our packages are shipped with FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on the item(s) ordered.
 
  • Do you ship to APO or P.O. boxes?
    • No. Unfortunately, our shipping carriers do not deliver to APO or P.O. Boxes.
 
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes, please contact us for additional information.
 
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    • Normally, our in stock items usually leaves our warehouse in 2 to 3 business days. Once the order has been processed, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provide to us.
 
  • Do you price match competitor's pricing?
    • Yes, only if the size, SKU number, and design(color, texture, style, etc.) match exactly.
 
  • Are the sizes listed on your website accurate?
    • Some lengths and widths may vary from the published dimensions due to rounding. But, we do our very best to provide you with an accurate measurement.

    • At the point of sale or accepting the charges, your account will be charged.
